Johnson City, TN 37604. They can be contacted at (423) 975-0597. They are able to dispense medications and maintain a license in 44 US states. Unfortunately, they cannot dispense sterile compounds and do not have a license in the following US states: Hawaii, Kansas, Maryland, Massachusetts, North Dakota, and Oklahoma.

Unfortunately, they cannot provide telehealth services in Arkansas, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Maryland, Mississippi, New Mexico, New York, South Dakota, Vermont, Virginia, Washington DC, Washington State, West Virginia, or Wisconsin.
